Scalesz is a healthcare enablement company built for the people who actually run value-based care operations. We started with the hardest, least-forgiving part of the job — paying providers correctly — and we're expanding from there.
Scalesz was founded in 2024 in Dallas, TX, by two executives who spent decades on opposite sides of the same problem: one running ACO and MSO operations, the other building healthcare software. Between them, 35+ years of experience kept pointing at the same gap — the payments that hold value-based care together were being run on spreadsheets, heroics, and hope.
So we built the platform we kept wishing existed: one that ingests the files CMS actually sends, calculates what contracts actually say, and pays providers the way they actually expect to be paid. Because our roots are operational, we focus on enhancing how your business runs — not just solving technical problems.

A healthcare operations and technology executive with 18+ years of leadership in value-based care, ACO/MSO performance, and digital transformation. Sunil specializes in turning data and technology into measurable financial and clinical results for physician groups, health systems, and risk-bearing entities — building and scaling value-based care infrastructure, leading multi-million-dollar technology implementations, and driving physician performance improvement across ACO models including sub-capitation arrangements.

Zameer builds and scales technology-driven companies through simplicity, intuition, and disciplined execution. His experience spans software engineering, product and organizational development, finance, and corporate leadership, with a track record of taking ideas from concept to exit. He has led and optimized global teams across multiple continents and built scalable platforms at the intersection of healthcare, business, and technology.
